- As a part of our Luxembourg Finance Team, you are to provide the full administrative and organizational support through these tasks:
- Issuance of invoices and credit notes;
- Update of the data in our databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
- Follow-up of amounts to be invoiced (Work in Progress);
- Collection of unpaid invoices;
- Resolution of litigations;
- Payment reconciliation;
- Fixing provisions on the clients’ balance;
- Update and creation of Excel files;
- Preparation and documentation of the clients’ accounting in view of the annual audit;
- Assistance to the colleagues when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance;
- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- A first experience in a similar job (including an internship);
- Team player eager to learn, self-motivated, rigorous, proactive, flexible and excellent communication skills.
