This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) providing portfolio and risk management for third party clients pursuing real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private debt, listed equities, listed fixed income and funds of funds within above asset classes. Responsibilities:

- Be part of rapidly growing AIFM, reporting to Chief Valuation Officer.
- Be responsible for assisting in the development of the valuation function in the business focusing on provision of 3rd party AIFM services.
- Be exposed to valuation in several alternative investment strategies, including real estate, private equity or debt strategies.
- Perform regular reviews of the valuations of the assets of the AIFs managed by the AIFM and proposed by the valuation advisors, perform analysis of the valuation assumptions, help preparing valuation reports of the AIFs on a regular basis
- Participate in NAV validations performed regularly by the AIFM, cooperate with the financial department, help producing NAV validation reports.
- Academic degree in finance, economics, mathematics or equivalent.
- Professional qualifications would be considered an advantage.
- Few years of related experience in valuations.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Able to work independently and well organized.
- Understanding valuation methodology of alternative investments primarily in real estate, private equity and private debt.
- Good understanding of financial mathematics, statistics and modelling techniques.
- Good level of skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
