You are responsible for processing of securities transactions and securities transfers as well as transactions related to private equity and limited partnerships.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Processing of exchange traded securities transactions
- Settlement of incoming, outgoing and internal securities transfers
- Processing of transactions in Private Equity / Limited partnerships and alternative investments (hedge funds, special funds)
- Processing of traspaso transactions (Spanish mutual funds)
- Processing of transactions against payment (RVP/DVP)
- Being first point of contact for relationship manager and assist Front office with their requests
- Investigations on the failed settlements
- Communication with the bank’s main custodians and counterparties
- Reconciliation of open securities and cash positions
- Participating in various projects of the bank related to the securities processing / settlement
- UAT testing and documentation
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor degree related to financial markets
- Good knowledge of financial markets and banking sector
- Good knowledge of security related SWIFT Messages (MT5XX)
- Knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Detail oriented and readiness of mind
- Excellent communication skills / good team player
- Fluent in English and German, any other languages are beneficial
