The Static Data and Reconciliation Team is responsible is a pivotal team in the Operations Departement. The main goal is to open values to allow our clients to trade and maintain the securities pricing.
We are looking for an Bank operations specialist to reinforce our team.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
We are looking for one experienced colleague to support our Operations department in the following tasks:
Static data handling:
- Maintaining Static Data for financial instruments requests from our relationship managers or internal teams
- Handling of Valuation Pricing for financial instruments
- Processing of manual pricing
Account opening:
- Opening (and closing) Sub-Accounts opened with counterparts.
- Maintenance and support in segregated account opening process
Reconciliation
- Performing Daily Cash and Securities / Fund Reconciliations (Custodian Reconciliation)
- Monitoring daily enquiries (Short Long Positions, QI, Blockings,.)
Projects
- Actively participating in Projects
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- 2 years minimum experience in an Operations department in the financial sector
- Good knowledge of financial products such as shares, bonds, funds, structured product
- Good English skills, German or French skills would be an asset.
- Detail oriented and readiness of mind
- Excellent communication skills / good team worker / proactive
- Experience with Temenos Core Banking software (T24 and/or Triple’A) is considered as an advantage
