We are currently hiring a Functional Analyst (M/W) for our internal services.

Integrated in our internal services, you develop and maintain good working relationship with our customers by:
Your missions

You identify risks associated with the use of technology for internal systems and hosted external systems

Being a key interface between IT and Businessand participate to the strategy definition.

Define business needs, workflows and perform gap analysis.

Propose, design and deliver solutions.

Engineering the requirementsand analyze the requirements analysis.

Write the functional requirements before validation and verification.

Evaluating and optimizing the solution.

Support the quality assurance activity and optimize the business process.

Contributing to the proper functioning of the project by sharing the analysis with developers & testers in compliance with the implemented methodologies (V Cycle / scrum).

Identifying potential risks or issues with proposed solutions and providing recommendations for addressing them.

Creating detailed documentation regarding the project's scope, objectives and activities performed.

Communicating information effectively to technical and non-technical members through presentations, reports, and other supports.

Recommending new technologies or processes to improve efficiency or effectiveness.

Being able to work in multitasking and multi-project environment.

**Profile**:
You hold a university degree in IT.

You have a previous experience in a similar position

You are familiar with Business Process Modeling Language (BPMN)

You are recognized for your good facilitation and communication skills.

You are able to understand and clarify situations with both the technical & business end-user.

You are problem solving oriented.

You are fluent in English is an added value.
