Functional/business Analyst

**Missions**:
- Gather key stakeholders ( business, functional and technology-related ) needs and requirements
- Work with IT professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements
- Evolutions (backlog analysis, prioritisation and planning releases)
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
- Documentation, functional specifications, test plans, deployment instructions etc.
- Preparation and participation for the related “Change Advisory Board” meetings (periodicity depending on the domain)
- Other deliverables: deliverables related to meetings and trainings (agendas, presentations, minutes, training reports...), wiki updates, service plans, other reports...
**Skills**:
- The **Standard Analyst** should have a good practical experience with ICT service provision, ITIL processes and team leading
- Expertise in business and functional analysis, and good experience in tests handling
- Knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and frameworks for software development (Agile/Scrum, waterfall), design and modelling (use cases, UML)
- The analyst must be at least B2 level of English
- BAC+5
- Minimum 5 years experiences
