In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in modernising the European Union's decision-making process.
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Conduct functional analysis to define requirements and design solutions.
- Project management: coordinate and produce detailed schedules, plans, progress and status reports, risk registers, final reports
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into design documents.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate solution quality.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master in ICT field + min 10 years of experience in the business, functional and technical analysis
- Knowledge of quality procedures
- Conducting studies in the design and building of IT systems (e.g. quality, security, requirement analysis, technical or functional domain)
- Experience in IT project management and knowledge of the relevant methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMM4EP/ENGAGE, etc.)
- Fluency in English AND French languages
