Nous souhaitons renforcer nos équipes Project et Portfolio Management et nous recherchons actuellement un Project Manager Développement.
Au sein du Département « Project Management», vous aurez comme mission principale de gérer un ou plusieurs projets de développement de nos produits ou solutions, en assurant la coordination entre les différentes équipes et en garantissant le respect des délais et des budgets. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de la clôture des projets, tout en veillant à la satisfaction des parties prenantes. Votre polyvalence doit vous permettre d'intervenir auprès de tous les acteurs du projet pour fluidifier la communication et faciliter la prise de décision. Votre autonomie et votre pragmatisme seront nécessaires pour nous permettre de déployer nos solutions en adéquation avec les besoins clients tant du point de vue solution que délai. Votre sens de la communication sera fort important pour poser les bases d'une relation constructive avec tous les partenaires projet.
**Gestion de projet**:
- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les projets de développement logiciel.
- Définir les objectifs, les délais, et les livrables en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
- Participer aux analyses préliminaires et rédiger les documents et comptes rendus associés
- Gérer les ressources et les budgets alloués aux projets
- Conception et animation d'ateliers de planification de projet
- Conduit du changement et assurer une communication efficace entre les équipes techniques, les clients, et les autres parties prenantes.
**Développement logiciel**:
- Participer à la conception technique et aux spécifications détaillées des projets
- Participer à la définition des architecture et au développement des solutions logicielles.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour garantir la qualité du code et la conformité aux standards.
- Organiser des revues de code et des tests.
**Suivi et reporting**:
- Suivre l'avancement des projets et résoudre les problèmes éventuels, gestion des risques et proposition du plan de mitigation
- Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'état des projets
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus et la productivité.
**Compétences requises**:
- Techniques : - Expérience avec des frameworks et outils de gestion de projet (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile.
- Expérience avec des outils relevant pour le development, un langage de programmation (Java, Python, C#, etc.).est un plus.
**Gestion de projet**:
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en planification et en organisation.
- Aptitude à gérer les priorités et à respecter les délais.
**Relationnelles**:
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Capacité à motiver et guider une équipe.
- Esprit de collaboration et sens de l'écoute
