**Project Manager (M/F/d)**
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through completion.
This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, often managing various projects simultaneously that impact multiple departments within Zurich Eurolife.
**Your Role**
As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Actively and visibly lead the implementation of projects.
- Prepare project’s scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage planning, execution and closing of the project, ensuring the same is delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain deliverables via risk logs, action plans, or status reports to track as well as provide oversight on progress. Develop detailed projects’ schedule and timeline.
- Share advice and technical expertise. Validate the quality of deliverables and their adherence to business needs.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for efficient execution. Manage basic administration activities on the project management tools so that other stakeholders can also utilize it.
- Projects meetings orchestration: logistics, producing inputs and outputs. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Identify and manage projects’ risks, issues and dependencies establishing contingency plans as needed.
**Your skills and experience**
- A university degree (bachelor level) or a higher professional education.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, highly desirable within the Insurance industry as knowledge of the same is required for this role.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, any other language will be an asset
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage different projects simultaneously. Track record on projects’ delivery.
- Critical thinking with sense of accountability regarding quality of the project’s deliverables.
- Can work on his/her own, deal with ambiguity and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and guide conversations to practical end points.
- Ability to take ownership for delivery, with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger picture and the broad strategic challenges.
- Effective communicator with provable analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Willingness to contribute to the project deliverables would be an advantage.
- A team player, able to nurture and develop business relationships.
