The Head of Legal will be in charge of the European legal counselling supported by the French legal team and will act as a trusted advisor to management, business teams and other cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues.

**Your Responsibilities**:
To best accompany the corporate structuring and evolution and ensure the constructive relationship with its international clients and suppliers
- Advise on commercial transaction risks and liabilities and legal solutions to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations across the different jurisdictions the firm operates across
- Keep informed of applicable laws and regulations that impact commercial agreements
- Liaise with authorities and/or public administration regarding legal matters, interaction and/or coordination with external counsels
- Prepare board and shareholder resolutions and liaise with stakeholders
**Your Profile**:
- Qualified lawyer with ideally with minimum 10 years of experience and expertise in commercial law, supporting the business relationships with suppliers and clients
- Experience of different jurisdictions within European countries
- Strong commercial negotiation abilities
- Excellent drafting, communication skills, in both legal and non-legal contexts
- Confidence to interact directly with management and stakeholders on important legal and regulatory matters
- Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on mentality
- Languages: English and French - German will be considered as a distinct advantage
