Here at Cobalt, we are excited to be working with a highly regarded investment management company focused on real estate with a worldwide presence in search of a Senior Associate for their Risk department.
As part of their continuous growth, they are looking for an expert in Risk management, to join their fast-growing Luxembourg team. This is an excellent opportunity for continuous exposure and growth.
**Responsibilities include (But not limited to)**:
- Analyse, assess and follow up on the risks of each AIF under management, including market, liquidity, credit, and operational risks.
- Setting up risk models, risk scoring, and preparation of risk profiles.
- Monitoring key risk indicators, preparing stress test scenarios,
- Reporting and disclosures to investors, regulators, and internally
- Review of external valuations
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience across risk, finance, or internal audit.
- Previous experience working with Real Estate is a must.
- Good communication skills and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English. German and French desirable but not essential
