On behalf of our client, an international Financial Services structure, we are looking for:
**Senior Associate - Fund (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**

Working directly with clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures, including but not limited to:

- Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds
- Review of, and drafting of, board and shareholder resolutions and related documents
- Handling client portfolio including compliance, KYC and AML aspects
- Handling daily client communication for all corporate and administrative matters as well as communication with third parties
- Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing
- Liquidation of companies
- Actively participating in growing and marketing the company's business
- Supervising the work of Associates and Junior Associates

**Profile**:
**Profile**
- Degree educated in Law (or professional studies)
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Working experience in the Fund industry will be seen as an asset
- Fluency in English is a must - any other language will be a plus
- PC literate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
