- Luxemburg- Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG- Festanstellung- VollzeitDEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Identifizierung, Analyse, Überwachung aufsichtsrechtlicher Pflichten und Anforderungen sowie unternehmensinterner und branchenüblicher Regelungen und Standards für eine Luxemburger Niederlassung einer EU-Bank
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen zum Thema AML/KYC sowie in Compliance-Angelegenheiten, insbesondere in Bezug auf regulatorische und Compliance-relevante Entwicklungen und Trends
- Durchführung von Kontroll
- und Überwachungshandlungen
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Abarbeitung von Feststellungen, z.B. interner oder externer Prüfer bzw. bei Compliance intern identifizierten Mitigierungsmaßnahmen
- Vorbereitung, Entwicklung und Pflege relevanter Risikoanalysen
- Information und Schulung von Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich Compliance-Themen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Compliance-Berichten sowie Organisationsanweisungen

DEIN PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht/Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über die relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben im Bereich AML/CFT sowie Kapitalmarkt-Compliance in Luxemburg sowie auf EU-Ebene
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche in Luxemburg, z.B. in der Compliance, Rechtsabteilung, Register
- und Transferstelle, KYC/AML Office oder Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten für die Erarbeitung praktikabler Konzepte und kreativer Lösungsansätze
- Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte für Dritte verständlich aufzubereiten
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
- Sicherer Umgang und Affinität mit modernen IT-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind wünschenswert
