beTax Advisory & Compliance Services S.à r.l. is a member of the “Ordre des Experts-Comptables” and has developed a very diversified client portfolio during the last years, which ranges from real estate and private equity funds with large presence in Luxembourg to commercial and industrial companies located in Luxembourg.

In order to further develop our activities and strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a “**Corporate Tax Compliance Manager**”.

**Job description**:

- Review of corporate tax returns of Luxembourg companies, mainly from the private equity and real estate sector, prepared by the team members
- Actively assist in the preparation of complex corporate tax returns and in the review of tax accruals
- Advise clients on corporate tax compliance issues and other direct tax matters they may face
- Dealing with correspondence received from the tax authorities and organize the follow-up work
- Review and commenting of tax assessments
- Liaising with clients, their external advisers and the Luxembourg tax authorities
- Give guidance to team members and ensure continuous knowledge sharing and training, especially in case of tax regulatory changes

**Requirements**:

- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax
- You have a solid experience in corporate tax compliance in a Luxembourg tax/accounting firm
- You have a good knowledge of the Luxembourg Income Tax Law
- You have a knowledge of LuxGAAP accounting
- You are fluent in French/German and English, Luxembourgish will be an asset
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You are organized, rigorous and methodical in your approach to work, and are able to manage several files autonomously and proactively
