Operations Manager
Full time - Permanent
Leudelange -Luxembourg
Operational Manager responsibilities and duties
- Management of our short-term rental activity
- Management of our orders and deliveries activities
- Management of the administrative tasks and the reception desk activities
- Aim at operational excellence and high-level client satisfaction in its activity scope
- Provide escalated support for problems and issues
- Manage resource planning, identify gaps, and forecast for future demand
- Manage documents, reporting and analysis
- Manage projects in its areas
- Manage the daily workflow and activities of its team. Organize resources and workload to achieve operational excellence and defined targets
- Works to resolve exceptions and interprets policies to ensure that all operations and financial reports and statistics are accurates
- Verifies that all billing information is correct
- Designs and prepares recurring and ad hoc management reports that identify key indicators of operating performance
- Recommends and implements new processes improvements
- Drive continuous order fulfillment process and systems improvements
- Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed
- Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
- Create and send reports to the Director of Operations
- Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding
Qualifications and skills
- Able to combine strategical, high-level approach and micromanagement approach when needed
- Stress resistant, able to manage priorities in an agile way of working
- People manager. Able to train, coach and bring people to the next level
- Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
- Is keen on finding improvements and efficiency gains
- Overseeing day-to-day activities in the service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Three years of experience in a management position are required
