Expérience: avoir travaillé dans un call center ou un support de services IT ou dans la téléphonie est considéré comme un avantage.
**Le rôle**:
Il/elle est responsable d’un portefeuille de clients. Il/elle donne des informations précises et livre la solution aux demandes de ses clients, tout en respectant les procédures internes.
Il/elle participe à l’atteinte des objectifs du département afin d’harmoniser le niveau du service offert à nos clients. Il/elle supporte le service sur d’autres tâches en cas de besoins.
