**Your role**
- Do you want to help us master our cross-border fund distribution?
- We’re looking for someone who can provide a creative approach towards the Fund Registration process worldwide to support the growth of UBS Asset Management’s fund sales business.
- We’re looking for a Fund Registration officer to:
- support the coordination and supervision of the cross border fund registration activities worldwide. This entails liaising with internal stakeholders, external legal counsels and related service providers to support local fund registration and post registration maintenance
- create, maintain and continuously improve procedures related to Fund Registration activities

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Global Fund Registrations team of UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. (UBS FML), in Luxembourg.
- The team is responsible for coordination of the cross-border fund registration and distribution activities of UBS Asset Management and White Label funds worldwide. The team ensures awareness of and adherence to the local regulatory requirements to allow UBS funds to be marketed in foreign markets.
- UBS FML is a company belonging to UBS Asset Management and having the overall responsibility to manage and oversee UBS promoted and third party investment fund structures.
- We are a great team, supporting each other. You will report directly to the team head located in Luxembourg and work closely with team members located in Luxembourg, Poland and Hong Kong, and other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree in economics / business administration (or related field)
- minimum 3 years of asset management experience (or similar experience)
- knowledge on fund products (UCITS and AIF) and experience with offshore fund registrations
- high level of analytical and process skills
- excellent communication skills including writing, presentation and interpersonal
- fluent in English; German, French and/or Chinese would be considered an asset.
