**Middle Office Operations Administrator**

**Overview**

The role will be based in Luxembourg

**Main responsibilities**
- Daily operations and administrative support:

- Monitoring of Capital notice
- Cash management
- Trade instructions and settlement monitoring
- Database and document management
- Position and cash reconciliation
- Data reconciliations
- Oversight and controls of various Service Providers
- Act as central liaison between the Portfolio Managers and 3rd party Service Providers
- Data and reports delivery to various parties
- Participation in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
- Assist the Head of Operations with various activities as reasonably required
- Investment/ Legal / Finance team members; intermediaries; auditors; depository agents; banks; etc.

**Your skills**:

- 2 years of experience within a fast-paced team environment ideally Private Equity /Financial Services/ Big Four
- Task ownershipas well as abilityto work effectively as a member of a team
- Good understanding of databases & a willingness to learn more and adapt quickly
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Fluency in English
- Process driven and ability to see the global picture
- Good attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
