**Description**
- Assist with general legal issues and questions related to the daily activities;
- Prepare and review in-house/external legal documentation such as GDPR clauses, contracts with service providers, and NDAs;
- Actively participate in the implementation of an updated contract database;
- Assist and participate in coordination with the General Counsel department.
**Profile**
- Hold a Master's degree in Law;
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role that provides an understanding of the challenges of an internal organization, as well as its legal, corporate, and regulatory aspects;
- Be pragmatic, pursue objectives with perseverance and resilience, and be able to adapt to changes and unforeseen events;
- Have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Be well-organized, structured, rigorous, and forward-thinking, and have a sensitivity to maintaining confidentiality;
- Be proactive and enjoy challenges that require agility and perseverance;
- Be recognized for interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders from various professions, communicating clearly and with empathy;
- Be a good team player with a practical, solution-oriented approach;
- Have an advanced level of proficiency in using MS Office tools.
