International Senior Key Account Manager - Hospitality (M/F/d)
About Us: Villeroy & Boch stands for timeless elegance, innovation and top-quality ceramics, bathroom furnishings, and tableware. In the Dining & Lifestyle division our mission is to provide our customers in the hospitality sector with an unparalleled experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- You proactively manage and develop an international portfolio of key clients in the premium hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants and cruise lines.
- With your analytical approach you identify new business partners and accounts, to develop tailored solutions to meet our customers' specific needs in the food service industry
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through personal visits, convincing arguments and innovative service solutions.
- You collaborate closely with internal team of international key account managers, to efficiently implement customer projects and maximize growth opportunities.
- Analyzing markets and competitor data is key to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international key account management, preferably in the hospitality sector in line with strong industry network and solid knowledge of market conditions
- Open minded, persuasive, eye for the beauty, solution oriented
- Strategic thinking and strong operational execution
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Independent work ethic, high motivation, and passion for sales and people coming of multiple cultures
- Very good command of both German and English, additional knowledge of French, Spanish or another language is an advantage
