Vos missions:

- Être l’interlocuteur de la Direction Générale, du personnel HRS et de l’autorité de contrôle (CNPD) sur les sujets relatifs à la protection des données à caractère personnel
- Analyser le risque existant au niveau du traitement des données à caractère personnel, en collaboration avec tous les services de l’Hôpital
- Réaliser des analyses d’impact (DPIA ) et audits relatifs à la protection des données ; conseiller la Direction sur les mesures à prendre en fonction des constats réalisés.
- Sensibiliser, former et informer la Direction et les salariés sur les droits et obligations en matière de protection des données
- Anticiper et mettre en œuvre les changements liés aux évolutions de la règlementation
- Effectuer une veille règlementaire pour garantir la conformité avec le RGPD

Votre profil:

- Master en informatique avec une fibre juridique ou Master en droit avec une orientation ? Toute certification dans le domaine de la protection des données constitue un atout.
- Minimum 3 années d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la protection des données à caractère personnel
- Excellentes connaissances des environnements légaux et techniques relatifs à la RGPDainsi que des impacts organisationnels associés
- Très bonnes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rigueur
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement
- Compétences linguistiques souhaitées : maîtrise du français, anglais et allemand, le luxembourgeois est un atout
