**Job Description** Position: Facilities & Logistics Officer**
**Executive Office**
**_ Job purpose:_**
Ensuring that maintenance and servicing work performed by our external service providers is carried out correctly and to a high standard. Ensuring the day-to day management of the facilities.
**_ Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:_**
- Supporting the various inspection organizations and external service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, costs, deadlines and safety guidelines
- Management and negotiation of the bank's external contracts
- Management of the security of the bank's infrastructures and management of first aid training for the bank
- Driver for the bank in certain situations
- Other tasks given by management
**Qualifications**

Profile (Technical Skills):_**
- Team spirit with a hands-on mindset
- Strong organizational skills and high service orientation
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with business areas and service providers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Driver license is mandatory
**_ Education:_**
- Bachelor and above degree
**_ Experience:_**
- 1- 5 years of Facilities activities or similar position
**_ Language skills:_**
- English and French is mandatory, Chinese would be an asset
