This
**newly created role **will allow you to join a prestigious international private equity based in the City Center of Luxembourg. Working closely with the risk management team, the ESG team based at the headquarters, and the investment managers, you will be given a large variety of tasks, offered to participate actively in the development of your department and be exposed to various internal and external counterparties.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Monitor investment/funds
- compliance policies, laws, and regulations, including ESG restrictions, impacting the funds managed by the ManCo.
- risks and investments risks
- Review and analyse the funds' prospectuses limits, to ensure a correct parametrisation of the internal systems in place.
- Notify to and follow up with the Investment Manager when a breach with investment guidelines occurs - in case of an active breach, calculate the financial impact and manage the reporting procedure.
- Produce risk and performance indicators.
- Monitor alternative investments’ valuations.
- Support the management team by sharing your knowledge through regular reports and suggesting new ideas.

**Your Profile**
- Master’s degree with a specialisation in Risk Management, Mathematics, or Financial Markets.
- A first successful experience of 4-6 years with the Investment Compliance team of a Management Company, Asset Manager or Fund provider.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Access with good IT coding skills (VBA).
- Appetite for and knowledge in sustainability and ESG risks is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French and English - both languages are mandatory (written & spoken).
- Keen to learn, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, team player, proactive with excellent communication skills.
