Human Innovation Partners is seeking a Senior ESG Consultant to join a well-known Consultant firm in Luxembourg. As a Senior ESG Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. You will provide guidance on integrating ESG considerations into investment decision-making processes, as well as help clients assess and enhance their sustainability practices. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable finance and make a positive impact on businesses and society.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on ESG strategies and best practices, tailored to their specific needs and industry
- Conduct ESG assessments and due diligence on companies and investment opportunities
- Assist clients in the development and implementation of sustainability policies, frameworks, and reporting
- Evaluate and analyze ESG data and metrics to support investment decision-making processes
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations throughout the company's services and offerings
- Provide training and education on ESG topics to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the business development team in creating ESG-focused proposals and presentations
- Participate in ESG-related industry conferences and events

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, sustainability, environmental studies, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainable finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
Experience in conducting ESG assessments, due diligence, and integrating ESG factors into investment processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of sustainable finance trends and industry developments
Experience in developing and delivering ESG training and education
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
Professional certifications such as CFA, CSR, or SRI are preferred
