Senior German-speaking Compliance Officer with Esg

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting GAP analyses to identify and address compliance gaps and risks.
- Staying updated on regulatory developments and assessing their impact on our operations.
- Driving the implementation of new processes, guidelines, and standards to enhance compliance practices.
- Assisting in the administration of the company, including SICAV structures and periodic reporting.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance standards are met on active projects.
- Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders and providing compliance-related information.
- Taking on special functions, such as data protection officer, and participating in internal committees.
- Expanding expertise in ESG through further training and becoming an ESG specialist.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in sustainability as the "ESG specialist."
- Developing and maintaining periodic reporting on ESG initiatives and comprehensive ESG concepts.
- Serving as a central contact for sustainability matters and liaising with external partners.
- Participating in ESG committees and advising the Executive Board and Board of Directors on ESG.

**Requirements**:

- 6 years of experience in compliance responsibilities within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of pertinent regulatory frameworks (such as Luxembourgish laws). Bachelor's degree in a comparable discipline; advanced degree in law.
- A demonstrated history of creating and implementing compliance procedures; having ties to the CSSF would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in German.
- The capacity to handle sensitive and confidential material with care and attention to detail.
