**Summary**:
This role is a crucial one within the Asset Manager. You will report to the Conducting Officer for Oversight and collaborate with different internal departments.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day good functioning of the funds under management.
You will get the opportunity to work with Private Equity, Real Assets and Credit funds.
Some of the duties include:
- Follow-up on initial and ongoing due diligence and monitoring of Service Providers and delegates (e.g. due dil questionnaire, monitor KPIs produced by Service Providers;)
- Provide support to the Conducting Officers on the day-to-day life of the funds;
- Collaborate with Fund management team on registration and marketing of funds;
- Review processes, implement new ones for existing or new delegation models;
- Assist in onboarding of new funds in collaboration with Service Providers;
- Collaborate with Investment Managers and other internal teams to ensure effective and efficient operational functioning of the funds;
- Help the Conducting Officer with the preparation of monthly and quarterly board meetings preparation (reports);
- Assist with Regulatory AIFM Reporting;
- Work on ad-hoc projects.
**Key requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions (depositary, regulatory, audit of AIFMs);
- **Fluent in English, **French is a plus;
- Experience working with AIF;
- Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
