- Field experience within construction management, plan review, engineering inspections or similar.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® with ability to set timelines, milestones, and track toward completion within a high-stress, fast paced environment.
- Working knowledge of standard lease language, property insurance contracts, construction/development agreements, or similar.
- Technical writing experience with a focus on creating reports for senior leadership and stakeholder groups.
