**What will you do as an Office Support Manager?**
You will work closely with the Luxembourg team and liaise with colleagues in London and Paris to ensure smooth office operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative, secretarial, and organisational support to the team.
- Managing invoice filing, mail handling, and office supply orders.
- Recording and processing expense claims.
- Organising committee and board meetings, office events, and client conferences.
- Supporting the team in booking professional training and liaising with HR.
- Devising and maintaining a structured filing system.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the team and supporting business needs proactively.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any additional duties mutually agreed upon as part of your role.

Our Luxembourg team has recently relocated to a spacious new office, and we are seeking a part-time Office Support Manager to join us and support our operations.
