Apex Group is currently looking for a Senior Fund Accountant in the Real Assets Team, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. This full-time Senior Fund Accountant role is based in Luxembourg and comes with a favourable salary and some excellent company benefits.
As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will take responsibility for a diversified portfolio of alternative asset investments and provide oversight services to a growing portfolio of clients.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Produce/manage/oversee deliverables related to ongoing financial and associated reporting processes to key stakeholders such as clients, investors, regulators, etc
- Coordinate the preparation and filing of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L accounts and notes) by Luxembourg regulatory requirements
- Prepare and oversee consolidated NAVs and financial statements
- Act as the first point of contact for clients’ requests
- At least five years of experience in accounting in the alternative assets industry, with Luxembourg legal entities typically found in real assets structures
- Good accounting knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS concerning Luxembourgalternative asset funds (notably real estate funds, holding companies, SPVs, etc)
- Experience with accounting software such as eFront/Frontinvest, Yardi and/or Allvue
