- support client relationship managers in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be the point-of-entry contact for client and stakeholder queries
- ensure daily execution and running of client accounts with competitive response times and focus on customer satisfaction
- provide value to clients through solution adaptation, anticipation and addressing of needs
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- handle payments, fees and invoices
- support annual audit process and queries from fund auditors
- set up and deliver reports, statements and statistics
- participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives
- collaborate across departments to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing - Client Service Management team in Luxembourg servicing our clients. We bring all fund capabilities under one roof. We provide tailored-made structured solutions to sophisticated Wealth Management Clients, Family Offices and UHNW clients, helping them to establish insight into their overall asset portfolios and provide transparency on the performance and quality of their assets.
**Your expertise**
- first professional experience in the investment fund industry e.g. at a custody bank, administrator, management company/AIFM or financial services provider; ideally within a client facing team
- passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- a proactive team player with the ability to provide practical solutions
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
- proficient in the MS Office suite
- Fluent written and verbal English; solid Spanish required
