Fund Services Manager-Fund Administration

Monday to Friday
Fund Services Manager for a newly established and growing Fund Administration team. This leadership role encompasses all areas of Fund Administration including NAV Calculation, Transfer Agency, Financial Statement preparation, Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Liaise with Conducting Officer to ensure responsiveness to investor and third-party queries
- Liaise with Conducting Officer to build strong relationships with clients
- Operate as a key part of a team to deliver a client focused, high quality service
- Review of financial statements and direct contact point for audit liaison
- Lead, participate and contribute to team meetings
- Support local and regional management
- Preparation of local regulatory and MIS reporting
- Provide oversight of Reconciliations, NAVs, Quarterly Accounts, Capital Calls, Distributions, Subscriptions, Redemptions and other work processes
- Provide oversight of carried interest, waterfall and other incentive fee calculations
- Provide oversight of Client KYC and Investor AML files in accordance with internal controls and procedures
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
- Update and continued maintenance of fund accounting related procedures
- Manage the collection of documents to support all capital related activities while also ensuring compliance with AML controls and procedures.
- Manage team work allocations to ensure timely provision of all deliverables for internal review including NAV calculations, financial statements, invoicing/payments and all investor related transactions
- Ensure processes are in place for the timely provision of reporting to the client, investors and other third parties
What skills, experience, and education do you need:
- A minimum of five years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity and/or Real Estate
- Investran or Paxus knowledge is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work pro-actively with a constant focus on delivering consistent quality of service to our clients
- Fluent in English is required; fluency in French is a plus
- University degree in Accounting or Finance is required
