ArcelorMittal has a firm commitment to reach carbon neutrality by 2050; The use of scrap steel is one of the levers to lower CO2 emissions from steelmaking, with this purpose, BD Recycling has been created in 2022 as a new division. Our strategy is to guarantee opportunities in the scrap market to both establish ArcelorMittal as an important player in the metal recycling space while securing access to the required volumes of scrap underpinning our decarbonization strategy.

As VIE in HR & Communication domain, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement processes from the beginning and have the autonomy to develop new tools in different HR domains. you will be working within the Headquarters in Luxembourg or directly in one of our locations in Germany, reporting to the Head of HR & Communications of the BD. You will be part of an international team and closely collaborate with the different entities in our business division Riwald Recycling across Europe.

the main tasks you will be working on during your VIE in the following:

- **HR Reporting**:

- support coordination of reportings covering ESG, FTE & Movement follow up, FTE forecast, hiring as well as design reporting automatization
- design and implement HR Dashboard covering KPIs of main HR domains
- **Recruitment and Workforce Planning**:

- support resourcing strategy by annual multi-year workforce planning execution together with the entities
- implementation of Oracle Talent Suite Module for Recruitment & Onboarding
- **Compliance**:

- ensure Compliance training implementation incl. close monitoring and management of bi-annual certification process
- **Communication**:

- Development of branding tools
- improvement of website content & re-launch of website
- social media content management (with focus on LinkedIn)
- internal communication (arrivals, newsletters)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and high level of curiosity to learn
- analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- team player & self-learner with good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- first experience HRIS systems and digital tools, including Power BI is a plus. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

**Duration**:12 months, beginning asap.
