**Stellenbeschreibung**
Wir suchen zur Festanstellung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene CNC- Fachkraft, die unsere Prototypen Abteilung verstärkt. Dieses Team ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Prototypen Werkzeugen die zur Herstellung von Mustervorformen oder Verschlüssen dienen. Die sog. Rapid Cell, in der sie arbeiten werden, ist verantwortlich für beste Lieferzeiten dieser Produkte im Prototypen Bereich in einer exzellenten Qualität. Die Terminierungsprioritäten können sich täglich ändern. Die meisten Fertigungsprozesse sind Kleinserien (weniger als 8 Stück), die täglich mehrmaliges Einrichten und Programmieren erfordern. Ideale Kandidaten für diese Position haben einschlägige Erfahrungen in selbständiger Programmierung, Einrichten und Herstellung an CNC- Maschinen. Sie müssen in der Lage sein mehrere Maschinen gleichzeitig zu bedienen.
**Veranwortlichkeiten**
- Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen nach definierten und sicheren Arbeitsabläufen nach Zeichnung
- Bearbeitung von Teilen mit engen Toleranzen zur Einhaltung der Spezifikationen
- Erstellung von Vorrichtungen, die für eine effiziente Fertigung von Teilen erforderlich sind
- Arbeitsaufträge erledigen und die zugehörigen Dokumentationen durchführen
- Durchführung von routinemäßigen Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen
- Sie tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse bei
**Qualifikationen**
- Technische Ausbildung oder anerkannter Ausbildungsgrad als CNC Fachkraft (z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Einzelteilfertigung CNC Programmierkenntnisse und selbständiges Einrichten
- Erfahrung im Formenbau ist von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, GD&T-Symbole und CAD-Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu verstehen
- Frühere Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schleifen, Drehen, Fräsen, Erodieren oder Polieren
- Starker Teamplayer
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu rotierender Schichtarbeit
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

- Setting-up and operating CNC machines in accordance with approved, safe work procedures
- Machining parts to tight tolerances ensuring conformance to specifications
- Creating jigs and fixtures as required for efficient manufacture of parts
- Completing work orders and associated documents, assigning materials and labor as required
- Conducting routine maintenance operations on shop equipment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operation
**Qualifications**
- College diploma or certified apprenticeship program
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory
- Experience in mold making is a benefit
- Ability to read and understand GD&T symbols, blueprints and CAD drawings
- Previous work experience in Grinding, Turning, Milling, Eroding or Polishing
- Lean experience

- Flexible with rotating shift work as required
