In this position you will be responsible for manifolds rework + cleaning and some other manufacturing support for refurbishing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manufacture production parts according to drawings within predefined tolerance limits
- Take care of the equipment, the set-up and the programming of our CNC machines and measurement tools (micrometers for example).
- clean and extrude honing cooling channels for manifolds

**Qualifications**
- You possess a technician degree in turning and milling or grinding
- Some advanced understanding of Okuma OSP500
- We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, high personal integrity and who enjoy teamwork
- Willingness to work in 2-shift-system and weekend shift (every 4th week).
- Very Good German skills
- As we function in an international working environment it is essential that you have basic English communication skills

**Stellenbeschreibung**

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Nachbearbeitung von Manifolds, die Reinigung, sowie für unterstützende Arbeiten im Refurbishing Team verantwortlich.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Fertigung von Produktionsteilen nach Zeichnungen innerhalb vorgegebener Toleranzgrenzen
- Ausrüstung und Einrichten als auch die Programmierung unserer CNC-Maschinen und der Messwerkzeuge (z. B. Mikrometer).
- Reinigen und honen von Kühlkanälen im Manifolds

**Qualifikationen**
- Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung im Bereich CNC Drehen, Fräsen oder Schleifen oder equivalente Erfahrung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der Okuma OSP500 sind von Vorteil
- Wir suchen Personen mit Eigeninitiative, hoher persönlicher Integrität und Spaß an Teamarbeit
- Die Position ist im 2 Schicht System organisiert mit Wochenendarbeit alle vier Wochen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
