We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a member of the Legal & Compliance Team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the investment team in M&A processes and managing portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and/or review of various contracts, including NDAs, advisory mandates, limited partnership and subscription agreements;

• KYC/KYT relationship with transaction parties and performance of BC/FT analyses on transactions;

• Assistance to administration team in preparation and/or review of contracts, including service provider agreements and intragroup financing agreements;

• Organisation of meetings of corporate bodies companies regarding corporate matters, M&A transactions and BC/FT analyses;

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies;

• Legal watch regarding legislation on commercial companies, anti-money laundering, investment funds, tax, civil and commercial law;

• Management of incoming KYC/KYT and/or tax related requests;

• General advice on legal matters.
