Description du poste
L'entreprise recherche un candidat expérimenté pour occuper le poste de Directeur Associé Fiscal. En tant que membre de l'équipe fiscale, vous travaillerez étroitement avec les autres départements pour gérer des portefeuilles de projets d'investissement.
- Gérer un portefeuille de projets d'investissement dans diverses juridictions;
- Coordonner le processus de due diligence fiscal pour les nouvelles acquisitions et cessions;
- Partager et collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements;
- Examiner les documents d'acquisition/de vente et leurs implications fiscales;
- Concevoir la structure la plus efficace pour l'apport/le rapatriement de capitaux à/de la société immobilière;
- Examiner la rédaction et l'exécution des documents d'entreprise pertinents;
- Fournir des renseignements fiscaux pour anticiper les changements réglementaires.
Compétences requises
Pour occuper ce poste, vous devez posséder une formation en fiscalité ou une expérience pertinente dans le domaine. Vous devrez également être capable de communiquer efficacement et de travailler en équipe.
