Job Title: Wholesale Telecommunications Director

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Telecom Wholesale department. As the Head of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow wholesale revenue through various services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for wholesale revenue across mobile, voice, SMS, data, connectivity, and IP services
  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with international and domestic carriers, ISPs, MVNOs, and other wholesale partners
  • Negotiating commercial agreements including rates, pricing, and contractual terms
  • Elaborating commercial offers and managing respective profit and loss statements
  • Ensuring the company meets wholesale sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure efficient implementation and resolution of operational matters
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Participating in industry events and forums to enhance the company's profile and foster strategic partnerships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, or international voice/data trading
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required; French is highly desirable. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
