Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 per annumAbout the Role

The Registration Team performs account set up and static data maintenance on the register of shareholders in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements. As an AML/KYC Senior Associate, you will be responsible for verifying new shareholder accounts, assessing AML/KYC risks, and maintaining static data on the register.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough AML/KYC assessments for new shareholder accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date static data on the register
  • Work closely with Investor Services Managers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as a subject matter expert
  • Provide leadership and direction to junior staff members
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in banking operations or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of shareholder administration and/or AML-KYC is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of fund administration processes
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and process thinking skills
