Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AML/KYC Registration Senior Associate to join our Registration team in Luxembourg. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for verifying shareholder new accounts, conducting AML/KYC assessments, and maintaining static data on the register in accordance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify shareholder new accounts and conduct thorough AML/KYC assessments to ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date static data on the register, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Services Managers to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on registration matters, providing guidance and support to junior staff and colleagues.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in banking operations or financial services industry, preferably in registration or risk and compliance functions.
  • Strong understanding of shareholder administration and AML-KYC processes.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

€45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
