We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL). As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for acquiring and building relationships with new clients and intermediaries in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term retention.
- Maintain Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, conditions, and regulatory requirements to effectively advise clients and make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business lines to develop new business leads, share best practices, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Proven Track Record**: A minimum of [€80,000 - €100,000] annual salary is offered for this role, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is based in Luxembourg, offering a unique opportunity to work with a reputable bank and contribute to its continued success.
