Arval Luxembourg S.A., a leading international player with a presence in 28 countries, is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Fleet Services department, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims process, from initial assessment to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from initial assessment to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Fleet Services and Quality Manager, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conductors, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- University degree (Bac+2/3 minimum) in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on automotive expertise.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and email management.
- Fluency in French and English, with a good understanding of German an asset.
