The role of Systems Support Officer requires a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide user support for internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain the functionality of systems, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with operational staff to implement new system functionalities, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Deliver training sessions to users on new system developments, enhancing their productivity and expertise.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, providing a positive experience and setting the tone for future interactions.
- A university degree in Finance or Economics, or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Front/Middle Office position, with a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Front Office systems and services (Swifts, FIX) is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and synthesis skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
