IT Project Manager: Advanced ERP and CRM Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of advanced ERP/CRM systems, as well as the development and maintenance of SQL-based reporting solutions.
Your Role:- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for ERP/CRM implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, business, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables align with project requirements.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
- ERP/CRM Implementation and Optimization:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure that system design aligns with business objectives and integrates with existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP and CRM systems, ensuring they evolve with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support for the ERP and CRM systems, working closely with the ERP System Administrator to ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the implementation of updates and improvements.
- SQL Reporting and Data Management:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of SQL-based reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with data analysts and business units to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure that all SQL reporting solutions adhere to best practices in data governance, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and load processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager.
- Good knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and SQL reporting.
- Expertise in ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Good command of project management methodology tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, given the diversity of stakeholders.
- Management skills.
- Fluency in French and English essential.
- Business knowledge (finance, purchasing, sales, stock, production, logistics, quality, etc.).
- A competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience.
