Job Title: ERP/CRM Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP and CRM systems, as well as the development and maintenance of SQL-based reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for ERP/CRM implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables align with project requirements.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager.
  • Good knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and SQL reporting.
  • Expertise in ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Good command of project management methodology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, given the diversity of stakeholders.
  • Management skills.
  • Fluency in French and English essential.
