Billings Financial Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information before issuing invoices. This includes monitoring and analyzing client files in collaboration with partners and the finance department.
In this role, you will also prepare invoices in accordance with applicable financial agreements, collect billing information, and ensure that rules and deadlines are respected in the validation process of invoices under the supervision of the Coordinator. Additionally, you will prepare credit notes when necessary, follow up on outstanding invoices, and prepare payment reminders in coordination with the Collection team.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. You should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an administration or finance department is required.
