We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Axis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the booking of invoices and general expenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and document supporting documentation, including tax and VAT declarations.
- Conduct end-of-month closings, including asset amortizations, interest accruals, and provisions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking industry or audit.
- Excellent knowledge of technical skills, particularly in regulatory reporting (CSSF and BCL).
- Knowledge of IFRS norms and Olympic standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with French or Spanish being a major asset.
A permanent contract with a dynamic and growing company.
