Audit Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit Professional to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the successful delivery of audit assignments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio and ensuring that your team accurately and efficiently handles their respective portfolios.
- Oversight of the successful delivery of audit assignments by your team to clients.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand and satisfy their needs and requests.
- Training and supervising your team, supporting their professional growth.
- A proactive approach to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of audit procedures.
You will have a degree in Economics or a related field and at least 4-5 years of experience in the audit sector in Luxembourg. Fluency in English and French is essential, as well as strong soft skills due to the responsibility of managing your own team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with commercial and financial structures and a strong understanding of the audit process. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of audit services.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for career development and exposure to interesting structures in your daily work. You will have flexible working hours and a certain number of remote workdays per month.
