Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S.A. is an insurance carrier specialising in manufacturing unit-linked life insurance solutions.
Your role will be as follows:
- Acting as one of the first points of contact for our high-quality distribution partners;
- Providing a world-class service by means of close follow-up, very efficient communication and a high level of pro-activity;
- Leveraging on service excellence to strengthen relationships with partners and achieve long term positive cooperation;
- Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives;
- Proactively providing regular updates and reports to management and team;
- Taking independent ownership of projects ensuring quality of content delivery within deadlines;
- Coaching and developing junior team members;
- Be independently able to engage team members to achieve high performance levels;
- Ensuring performance objectives are achieved;
- Contributing to growing the business.
Your profile will be as follows:
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role gained within the financial/insurance sector;
- Excellent communication skills: being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterparty, always in a professional manner;
- Experience in Managing a team of people
- Ability to listen to other opinions as well as being confident of your own and find balanced solutions;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A mature person capable of working independently and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities;
- Possess drive, influential and persuasive skills as well as the ability to achieve results through working in a logical and systematic manner;
- Flexible and adaptable you will enjoy challenging situations in a changing environment;
- Fluent in English, fluency in the European languages of our core markets would be beneficial.
