Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our Amazon Europe team. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping new sellers grow their business on our marketplaces.

In this position, you will work closely with program managers to analyze data and develop solutions to complex business problems. You will be responsible for creating robust reports to measure success and identifying friction points throughout the new seller journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong time management and project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause analyses to solve business problems.
  • Create and own metrics and set up relevant tools to streamline data reporting/sharing processes.
  • Identify and manage projects and automation opportunities to drive growth.
  • Envisage and implement technical solutions to improve day-to-day analytical tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau or Quicksight.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
