The EU Marketplace Expansion team is looking for a passionate and results-driven digital marketing and seller engagement Manager who will drive online marketing campaigns for a B2B audience with optimized content and conversion across multiple channels.
You will be part of a new start-up team, driving the exports business in Europe, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and PR. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity, has a strong drive to innovate on behalf of customers and Selling Partners, with strong verbal and written communication skills and close attention to detail.
You will drive multi-channel marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Amazon, attract local Selling Partners and empower small and medium-sized businesses.
You are independent, flexible and customer obsessed with relevant experience in marketing and cross-functional project management.
You have an aptitude for data-analysis and a passion for continuous content testing.
You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics and reporting processes for your initiatives.
The Seller Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our seller services - from ideas and strategic direction through to implementation and reporting
- Support EU Marketplace expansion teams with marketing activities targeted at attracting local Selling Partners for new Amazon stores
- Develop and test content, designs and features to increase awareness and conversion for local Selling Partners
- Use hard data and web analytics metrics to understand visitor behavior and impact on conversion, in order to provide recommendations for decision making and future plans
Key job responsibilities
The Seller Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our seller services - from ideas and strategic direction through to implementation and reporting

- Ability to work with PR, legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Salesforce, Pardot or Adobe Analytics skills are a plus.
- SQL skills are nice to have.
- Experience in retail and/or a technology / eCommerce business preferred but not essential.
